A rising American organist from Oberlin College and Conservatory as well as a member of the Cincinnati AGO chapter. Mitchell was the winner of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Guild of Organists in 2012.

Olivier Messiaen’s 1935 masterpiece is considered to be one of the greatest organ compositions of all time. Inspired by the birth of Christ, each movement of La Nativité serves as a musical commentary on a different aspect of the Christmas story. Specialising in 19th and 20th century French organ music, Colin Walsh played in front of Olivier Messiaen in 1988.
